You must be at least eighteen years of age to use the Services. The Services are intended for adult users only. We do not employ technical age verification systems and rely on your representations.

If we learn that a user is under eighteen, we may close that account and remove associated information.

You may close your account at any time. Closing your account is permanent and the account may not be restored.

By providing your contact information, you consent to receive communications from NutriPal, which may include service announcements, account notices, security alerts, and marketing messages. You may opt out of marketing emails at any time by using the unsubscribe link in the email or by contacting us.
Some communications are transactional or related to your account and you may not be able to opt out of those messages while you maintain an account.
We collect and process personal information in connection with your use of the Services. Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

NutriPal respects the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe that any content available through the Services infringes your copyright, you may notify our designated agent by sending a written notice that meets the requirements of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act.

To the extent that NutriPal is found liable in connection with the Services, our total liability for all claims arising out of or relating to the Services or these Terms will not exceed one hundred United States dollars.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless NutriPal, its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, that arise from or relate to your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another person.
These Terms and any dispute or claim related to them or to the Services are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Except for claims seeking injunctive relief or concerning intellectual property rights, any dispute between you and NutriPal arising from or relating to these Terms or the Services will be resolved through final and binding arbitration before a single arbitrator in Salt Lake City, Utah. You and NutriPal agree that each may bring claims only in your individual capacity and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class or representative action.
Any claim or cause of action you may have that arises out of or relates to the Services or these Terms must be brought within one year after the claim or cause of action accrues, or it will be permanently barred.
If you access the Services from outside the United States, you are responsible for compliance with local laws. You consent to the transfer and processing of your data in the United States and other locations where NutriPal or its service providers operate.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, if we believe that you have violated these Terms, misused the Services, or engaged in any conduct that could harm the Services, users, or NutriPal.
Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply, including those relating to intellectual property, limitations of liability, indemnification, and dispute resolution.
